Sidney by the Sea Rotary Club is pleased to welcome two new members to our ranks. In March, Bruce Burns and Melinda Whitaker were inducted into the club by Assistant District Governor Judy Byron.Bruce is a semi-retired Chemical Engineer who previously worked for Stuart Lang at Tembec Industries in Cranbrook. Stuart sponsored Bruce's application for membership but was not able to attend his installation. Melinda, sponsored by Michele Holmes, is a professional jazz singer, and has recently moved to the Saanich Peninsula to assist her aging parents.
